## Brands making creative decisions with Unite

Evino, Casas Bahia, Banco BMG, Localiza&Co, Beats, Ambev, Spaten, Stella Artois, Zé Delivery, Budweiser, Grand Cru, Brahma, Tônica Antarctica, Porto, Safra, Guaraná Antarctica, Siemens, Gomes da Costa, Inter, Zeiss and Pontofrio.

## Two platforms, one creative intelligence.

Your marketing team and your sales network publish creative every day. Both platforms start from the same reading of every ad and of the patterns that have already sold for your brand.

### Unite Suite

For your marketing team and agency. Your team and agency plan, produce, and pre-test every ad based on what has already sold for the brand.

- **Create**: produces and adapts
- **Optimize**: finds the winning patterns
- **Agent**: decides what to create
- **Validate**: pre-tests before media

### BrandLocal

For your sales network. Agents, advisors, salespeople, and franchisees publish the campaign on their own channels, with their own name and contact info.

- **Campaign**: marketing publishes it once
- **Rules**: what's locked and what can change
- **Versions**: the agent builds one for each person
- **Channels**: Instagram, WhatsApp, email, and TikTok

### The creative patterns that sell for your brand.

Unite reads every ad scene by scene and matches what appears on screen against the account's results. What keeps showing up in the ads that sell shapes the next brief, the production, and the pre-test.

Some of the dimensions: Creative Concept, Core Pain or Desire, Core Promise, Messaging Angle, Awareness Stage, Human Presence, Social Configuration, Spokesperson, Commercial Emphasis, Offer Type, Pressure to Act, Proof Mechanism, How the Ad Persuades, Narrative Structure, Product Role, Hook Tactic, Psychological Trigger, Production Type, Creative Composition, Visual Format, Visual World, Visual Style, Occasion, Setting, Seasonality, Camera Relationship, Framing, Pacing, Editing, Audio and Creative Route.

Example on the page: brahma spot starring Ronaldo and Ancelotti, analyzed by Unite. Read take by take:

- **The bottle**: Product Role: hero; Micro-attributes: brand in the first frame; Visual Format: text overlay; Hook Tactic: storytelling; Audio: voiceover.
- **Ronaldo at the bar**: Spokesperson: celebrity; Semantic Theme: joy; Setting: bar/restaurant; Occasion: entertainment/leisure; Product Role: product in the background; Visual World: realistic everyday life.
- **Ronaldo explains**: Camera Relationship: interview; Semantic Theme: warmth; Seasonality: cultural moment; Human Desire: belonging; Framing: close-up.
- **The wink**: Semantic Theme: humor; Messaging Angle: relatable moment; Micro-attributes: brazil colors on the shirt; Visual Style: cinematic; Content Intent: entertain.
- **Ancelotti's jacket**: Proof Mechanism: authority; How the Ad Persuades: holding back until the reveal; Semantic Theme: transformation; Camera Relationship: staged.
- **The shirt**: Micro-attributes: brand on the coach's chest; Creative Composition: usage scene with product and text; Commercial Emphasis: no commercial emphasis; Offer Type: no offer.
- **Permission granted**: Social Configuration: friends/group; Micro-attributes: brand gesture repeated by the cast; Semantic Theme: optimism; Human Desire: social connection; Narrative Structure: comedy sketch.

## Four products for your marketing team and agency.

All four run on the same brand memory and the same winning patterns.

### Create: produces and adapts

**Your best art director, at scale.**

In Playground, anyone on the team can generate images, video, and audio with the models that hold up for brand work. In Flows, the process is saved as blocks: the product goes in, and adaptations for every format come out, with consistent characters, product, and brand.

The finished ad moves on to pre-testing in Validate.

- **Flows**: Their process, saved as blocks: product and brand go in, and out come the ads in four formats plus the videos.
- **Playground**: Prompt, brand references, and the right model for each piece.

### Create for every marketing team.

Images, videos, and campaign variations for every team, true to your brand's identity.

What Create produces: Banner, Stories, AI video, Feed, Reels, Animated ad, 4K upscale, Out-of-home, Campaign adaptations, Product catalog, Background swap, Voiceover, Brand character, Talking avatar, Soundtrack, Hook variations, Video editing and more.

Teams that get the assets: Performance, Agency, Content, Trade marketing, Social, Brand, CRM and E-commerce.

### Optimize: shows what sells

**See what makes your ads sell.**

Optimize connects to your Meta, TikTok, and Google accounts, grades every ad from A to F on attention, retention, clicks, and conversion, and shows where money is being left on the table. The fatigue detector warns you before costs go up.

The pattern it finds becomes direction for Agent.

- **Projections**: How much more the account could bring in on the same budget if each ad improved at the funnel stage where it loses results.
- **Winning patterns**: The elements that contribute most to results, with how many creatives back each one.
- **Fatigue**: Ads likely to decline over the next 7 days, before the drop shows up on the dashboard.

- +1.2 billion reais in ad spend analyzed
- +600K creatives analyzed

### Agent: decides what to create

**Ask the one who's read all your ads.**

Agent answers with your account data and brand memory: diagnosis, fatigue, test hypotheses, competitors. When the answer calls for a new ad, it locks the plan with you and generates it right there.

The brief carries the pattern and the brand rules into Create.

- **Diagnosis**: Agent's specialists read the account and return a report with directions to produce and hypotheses to test.
- **Creation**: Agent locks the ad plan with you and generates it in the same chat.

### Validate: pre-tests before media

**Test the ad before you pay for media.**

Validate scores each pillar from 0 to 10, shows where the eye goes, and tells you whether the ad is ready to launch, needs optimizing, or needs another iteration. It works for digital, email, and out-of-home, with the ad simulated on the street at 3, 15, and 30 meters.

The pre-test guides the fixes, and media results feed the next round.

- **Digital**: Score by pillar, attention map, and the verdict: launch, optimize, or iterate.
- **Out-of-home**: The ad on a billboard, seen from 3, 15, and 30 meters.

## Every lesson becomes a brand asset.

Hypotheses, ads, pre-tests, and results go into a single memory that all four products draw on. What the brand learns no longer depends on who's on the team or at the agency.

1. **Create** produces the round
2. **Validate** pre-tests the ad
3. **Optimize** finds the winning pattern
4. **Agent** decides the next round

## Your network asks for the ad by voice.

Brands that sell through people have thousands of profiles, WhatsApp lists, and email databases that marketing can't reach. In BrandLocal, marketing approves the campaign once and sets what each person can change. Each rep asks the agent for their own version, by voice or text, and it only goes out on that person's channels after they confirm.

1. **The approved campaign**: Marketing uploads the campaign once and locks what can't change, like the logo and headline.
2. **The realtor asks by voice**: She taps the mic and says what she wants, the way she'd ask a coworker.
3. **Her version, ready**: The agent finds the campaign and builds the Reel with her face and contact info. Nothing goes out without her OK.
4. **On her channels**: The Reel goes up on her Instagram, and the ad reaches her client list on WhatsApp.

Built for sales networks in car dealerships, insurance, investments, real estate and franchises.

## Teams already running on Unite

> Our last campaign was a big challenge: bringing to life a promo idea that would later go to TV, digital, and OOH. One of those ideas that start small, grow fast and, before you know it, have become huge. That's why we couldn't follow the traditional campaign pre-test ritual. We needed speed without giving up quality. That was when I came across Unite. A partner that helped us build the main stimulus for the pre-test far more accurately, with more speed and precision, all based on AI.
>
> Vinicius Leal, Head of Consumer Insights - Banco Inter

> We needed to adapt more than 30 formats for performance media in very little time, and neither the bank's in-house team nor the branding agency that works with us had the bandwidth. Unite brought the technology solution to solve everything very quickly with Unite Create, which automated the adaptations with AI and saved us on the deadline, and it certainly had a positive influence on the creatives' results with the creative intelligence optimizations and analyses.
>
> João Gil, Marketing Planning - C6 Bank

> The mission was to produce an AI commercial for TV in just a few hours, and with Unite it was possible. Beyond the quality, the process was extremely fast, including generating the copies to send to the broadcasters.
>
> Júlia Farah, Project Manager Purpple

> Unite raised the ROI of our campaigns and the quality of our creative tests. We went from surface-level tweaks to testing real creative variations at scale, with a read on context (setting, persona, message) and data-driven creative decisions. The differentiator is AI trained on the history of what performs, which speeds up analysis and brief generation. What used to take days across teams now gets solved in minutes. In the end, we gained time, organization, and efficiency, testing ads much more efficiently.

## Unite Research

We study what makes an ad work and publish what we learn, using aggregated, anonymized data from Brazilian advertisers.

### Black Friday Brazil 2026 Creative Benchmark

What worked on Black Friday 2025, how much more media cost, and which creative patterns held attention as the auction got pricier.

- **+83%** in CPM on Black Friday versus a regular Friday in October
- **2.2×** more new creatives in the week of November 3 than in a typical week
- **+29%** in click-through rate for ads with people during Black Friday week
- **6 in 10** video plays stop before the first second

Source: Unite Research, based on more than 640,000 ads and R$1.2 billion in Meta Ads spend. Observed trends, not controlled experiments.

### Why Unite exists

> Building the infrastructure for creative science.

Advertising uses far less science than it could. The evidence exists, but it arrives in the wrong format at the wrong time: by the time the report is ready, the team has already published ten more ads. In the manifesto, our founder lays out the thesis chapter by chapter.

## Unite or the alternatives?

What each approach covers across marketing's creative operation.

| Your operation | Finds the brand's winning patterns | Measures the results of every ad | Produces with brand memory | Pre-tests before media | Personalizes for the sales network |
| --- | --- | --- | --- | --- | --- |
| Unite (Unite Suite + BrandLocal) | Included | Included | Included | Included | Included |
| Image and video generator (Focused on producing assets) | Needs another tool | Needs another tool | Depends on the process | Needs another tool | Needs another tool |

A comparison of scope, not of specific vendors. Other approaches may combine tools and services. With Unite, features depend on the products you subscribe to; personalization for the network runs on BrandLocal.

## Your brand's creative stays with your brand.

Data isolated by workspace, processing on our own infrastructure, and penetration testing by an independent firm.

### Workspace isolation: no client sees another client's creative.

Every request validates the session, the originating workspace, and the user's membership in that workspace. Your brand's creative is never available to any other client, and benchmark comparisons use aggregated, anonymized data with a minimum number of independent accounts.

### Role-based access: four access roles, managed by your team.

Access control has four roles, administered by the client. Account data (name, email, and workspace) is visible only to that workspace's admins.

### In-house processing: analysis runs on Unite's infrastructure.

Core processing uses permissively licensed open-source models on our own infrastructure. In this pipeline, creative never goes to third-party services. The exceptions are media mockup rendering and the Creative Assistant, which is optional and can be turned off per workspace; its provider operates under terms that prohibit using the data to train models.

### Penetration test: low risk, with no critical or high vulnerabilities.

External black-box test conducted by an independent firm in February 2026. The infrastructure uses TLS 1.3, HSTS, WAF, CDN, and DDoS protection, with authentication and rate limiting.

### Privacy and retention: no end-consumer data.

The platform doesn't ingest CRM databases, customer lists, or personal data about the advertiser's end customers. When the relationship ends, data is deleted within 30 days, or sooner on request.

## Frequently asked questions

### What is Unite?

A creative intelligence company. The platform reads the creatives your brand has already run, matches each one against its actual results, and identifies the patterns that sell for your brand. With that, your team decides what to create in Agent, produces in Create, and pre-tests in Validate before investing in media. BrandLocal takes the campaign to your sales network, and Unite Research publishes studies for the industry.

### Why creative and not media?

Nielsen's Digital Brand Effect study found that half of the contribution to digital results comes from creative. There are 14,000 to 15,000 martech and adtech companies that have long applied science to every technical part of media: targeting, reach and frequency, multichannel attribution, CDPs, analytics. For creative decisions, historically, almost nothing. As platform algorithms automate more and more of the technical work, creativity becomes the main lever for results.

### Is Unite just another generative AI tool?

Generic tools work from general market patterns. Unite identifies the pattern that works inside your account, comparing each creative with peers from your own brand by objective, funnel stage, and audience. What it hands back is what has sold best for you.

### What products does Unite offer?

The Unite Suite is used by the marketing team and the agency. Create is where ads get made: in Playground, with a curated set of AI models that hold up for professional brand work, and in Flows, where the process of your most senior people becomes a repeatable workflow. Optimize identifies the brand's winning patterns: it connects to your ad accounts, reads every creative, matches it against actual results, and points to which optimizations and variations to make. Agent is where that intelligence becomes a conversation, with your brand's context, to debate the strongest hypotheses and decide what's worth creating before production. Validate is the pre-test: before you invest in media, it checks whether attention lands on the product and whether anything gets in the way of the composition, along with legibility, contrast, and brand linkage, with OOH simulated on the street. For brands that sell through people, BrandLocal takes the campaign to the channels of every agent, advisor, salesperson, and franchisee, within the brand's rules.

### What's the difference between the Unite Suite and BrandLocal?

It comes down to who uses them. The Unite Suite sits with the marketing team and the agency, to learn from the account, decide what to create, produce, and pre-test. BrandLocal sits with your sales network: marketing publishes the campaign once and sets what each person can change, and every agent, advisor, salesperson, or franchisee publishes their own version on their own channels. A brand can use both.

### Does Unite replace my creative team or my agency?

No. Unite is the software layer that lets the structure you've already built run on the same data intelligence as an adtech company. The creative work stays human, backed by a repertoire of what has already worked instead of guesswork every campaign.

### Where does Unite's knowledge of my brand come from?

From your own ad account. The AI reads every creative (character, emotion, hook, positioning, headline, and call to action), matches it against each ad's actual results, and finds the patterns that sell for your brand. On top of that come the brand assets and rules your team uses every day.

### Is it a lot of work to get started?

No. The media person who already has access to the platforms gets an invite and connects the account. Within the next hour, the platform has analyzed every creative and starts showing the account's patterns. There's no manual work on the client side.

### Does Unite predict whether a creative will sell?

The platform evaluates every ad against the patterns that have historically sold in your account and returns a grade per pillar, from A to F, by percentile against the benchmark. In the pre-test, each pillar gets a score from 0 to 10, the ad gets a Creative Efficiency Index, and a recommendation: ready to launch, needs optimizing, or needs another iteration. The recommendation is always an input to the decision. The decision belongs to your team.

### What does the pre-test evaluate, and in which formats?

Images and video, with channel-specific checks for digital, OOH, and email, plus a check against the brand's own assets. It evaluates contrast, legibility, amount of text, visual hierarchy, product prominence, call-to-action clarity, adherence to distinctive brand assets, and legal copy. It produces a visual attention map, which shows where the eye goes in the ad, and a PDF report. For OOH, the ad is simulated as a street mockup, 3, 15, and 30 meters away.

### Are my creatives and my data secure?

Data is segregated by workspace. Every request validates the session, the originating workspace, and the user's membership in that workspace, and scope never comes from a request parameter. Access control has four roles, managed by the client. Your brand's creatives are never available to any other client. Benchmark comparisons use aggregated, anonymized data with a minimum number of independent accounts.

### Where does the analysis run, and do you use my data to train models?

Core processing runs on Unite's own infrastructure, with permissively licensed open-source models. Creatives are not sent to third-party services in this pipeline. There are two specific exceptions: media mockup rendering and the Q&A Creative Assistant, which is optional and can be turned off per workspace. That assistant's provider operates under terms that prohibit using the data to train its models.

### Has the platform been security tested?

Yes. The platform went through an external black-box penetration test, conducted by an independent firm in February 2026, with an overall low-risk rating and no critical or high vulnerabilities found. The infrastructure uses TLS 1.3, HSTS, WAF, CDN, and DDoS protection, with authentication and rate limiting.

### What about LGPD, Brazil's data protection law?

The data processed is account identity (name and email) and the workspace identifier, visible only to that workspace's admins. The platform doesn't ingest CRM databases, customer lists, or personal data about the advertiser's end customers. No end-consumer data is collected.

### How long do you keep data?

The outputs of each analysis stay in the workspace history for as long as the relationship lasts. When the relationship ends, data is deleted within 30 days, or sooner on request.

### Who uses Unite?

Brands like Ambev and its portfolio brands, Localiza, Porto, Porto Bank, Banco BMG, Casas Bahia, Inter, Zeiss, Tecban, Siemens, and Gomes da Costa, among others. Ambev was the first client and is still with Unite today, scaling alongside us. Along the way, results from its lower-funnel digital campaigns have more than doubled.

### How long has Unite been around?

Unite started almost as an Ambev innovation lab, about three years ago, prompted by a concrete pain: more than a thousand performance ads a month, with nothing learned from them and decisions about what to create based on very little. After a long period of research and development, the solution came to market as a plug-and-play product.

### How does pricing work?

Pricing isn't public: each proposal depends on volume and the products you choose. The Pricing page explains how engagements are structured, and the diagnostic shows what the setup would look like for your operation.

### How do I get started?

The first step is a diagnostic. We connect your account and show you, with your own creatives, the upside available and how much incremental revenue is on the table today.

## Your next campaign starts with what your brand already knows.
